When you book a lesson, the following data may be collected:

  • Name

  • email address

  • selected lesson time

  • billing information (if provided)

  • Information about physical health and your wishes for the session (if provided)

This data is processed for the purpose of providing the requested service, and for the processing of an invoice. 

Legal basis
Processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract.

Data storage
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with legal tax obligations.
Invoices including full name and billing address (if provided) are stored up to 10 years for  to comply with legal tax obligations.

Hosting and Website Platform (Wix)
This website is created and hosted using the website builder provided by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel (“Wix”).
Wix stores data necessary for the operation of this website on its servers. This may include technical data such as IP addresses, browser information, and system logs.
When you use this website, personal data may also be processed via Wix, particularly when you:

  • visit pages

  • submit forms

  • book services

  • make payments

The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure website).
Wix may use subcontractors (so-called subprocessors) for hosting and infrastructure services. In this context, personal data may be transferred to third countries, in particular to Israel and the United States.

Terms of Use &
Cancellation, Rescheduling Policy

1. Booking and payment
Lessons are booked through the website booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

2. Client Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a booked lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling requests must be made by email or through the booking system.

3. Late cancellations
If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the lesson fee may be charged in full.

4. No-show
If the client does not attend the lesson and does not cancel in advance, the lesson is considered completed and no refund will be issued.

5. Teacher cancellation
If the teacher must cancel a lesson due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose between:

  • rescheduling the lesson, or

  • receiving a full refund.
     

6. Late arrival
If the client arrives late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.

7. Technical issues (online lessons)
If technical problems occur on the teacher’s side, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.
If technical problems occur on the client’s side, the remaining time may be shortened accordingly.

8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, if the client requests that the lesson take place before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal may expire once the service has been fully provided.

9. Lesson packages
Lesson packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.
Unused lessons after this period may expire unless otherwise agreed.
