It’s all about back care! A low-intensity, calming class designed to reduce stress, improve shoulder and hip mobility, improve core strength, and target your aching back or chair-shaped body. Perfect for recovery from injuries, injury prevention, postpartum, and those looking for a gentle, nuanced practice.

Yoga for Women*
Yoga for Women-Yoga Nashit (Mira Arzi Padan), is a Yoga Therapy practice centred on feminine Health. The method blends Yoga tradition with Western medicine & journaling to support the practitioner’s journey towards a healthy, balanced life. We make space for the ever-changing female body, aiming to educate and empower practitioners in making informed choices about their bodies and life.

Power Pilates
Pilates optimises the core muscles function by syncing breath and controlled movements. It enhances muscle strength, tone, posture, flexibility and mobility and can contribute to overall well-being and vitality, when done correctly. Power Pilates adds that extra intensity and fiery energy with the use of props like dumbbells, bands, sliders and balls. Expect high intensity - but also calming breath and precise movements.

Prenatal Pilates
A Pilates practice targeting the needs of your changing body during pregnancy. The class focuses on mobilising the body, preventing or easing common pregnancy pains, finding balance, strengthening the legs, arms and core (gently!) to support your pregnancy, the labour, and your recovery after giving birth.
